Sir,
i want to ask a query that if a student whos articleship completion date is over and now the articled assistant has to get his form number 108 signed by his principal.....but the principal is refusing to sign form number 108 , then in that case what are the remedies available to the article assistant..

He can write a letter to the institute stating the same and the institute will take necessary actions.

thanx a lot praveen sir....but one more thing...i have heard about form number 119 which is a request by articled assistant to principal for issuing form number 108 and i have heard that if after submitting form 119 to institute and to the principal by registered post, if the CA dosent sign form 108 within 15 days then the details filled in form number 119 will be taken as service certificate by the institute..is this correct?
