I have send my articleship registration form to icai under the principal who have no vacancy.
what will be the consequences.
Till now I have served for more than six months under the same principle, no rejection letter is received from icai.
Because I have to send some documents to complete my articleship form that I have send.
Icai will reject my registration then what will I do.
Will my serving period be counted in or not , if i will send the form in any other partner of the firm.

in my view it will not b counted.. why u joined a firm where there was no vaccancy

firstly contact icai regarding vacancy details... ask your principal that is there any vacancy
and if there is no vacancy, why he let you to join you in his firm

My priciple doesnt know that how much artcles he can train in the first three years of practice.
He thought that he can train three students but it is only one.

then whole your part will b invalid... and u had to register under a new CA

In anyway can I save the period which i have served.

you can send the form with back date.. but the new CA must b ready for that na.. and penalty will b imposed for late sending forms also.. check on icai site for more
