I cleared CA foundation in the year 2001, then gave two attempts of Inter till 2003 November. thereafter i left it . Now can I sit for Inter Exams by any chance ?

Hello Sir,
i am appering for PE-II from last two years but not yet cleared. I am also doing job in CA firm from last three years, due to office i am not able to concentrate on study , so that i am not yet cleared.I am getting payment of Rs.15000/- P.M & my boss is not agree for giving me leave for exam.Now this June.09 is my last attempts.
So plz tell me whether i should leave the job or with job i should study hard.

I want to know that, when court has given a order to pay rent to the land lord and there is nothing mentioned whether TDS is deductable from the said payment or not, then whteher TDS will be deducted from payment or not. also please tell me that whether TDS is deductable on service tax charged by the landlord on rent.

I can only find for new course.. and not for old...
