My training got over on 25/09/2015,I had sent form 108 within time but I haven?t received any letter yet.Yesterday I called up the institute they told me that my training got extended by 5 days.Will you please help me that what forms and documents I should send now?

Dear Sir I had sent my form 109 to Icai on 29th sep2015, I got article ship termination confirmation letter by 28th Nov 2015. I joined in another firm on 1st October 2015, by mutual agreement with my principal, now it's my time to send new firm 103 for balance period so my question is whether I have to keep my joining date of new articles as 1st Oct 2015 or after getting the confirmation letter only means by 28th Nov 2015 please let me know sir I am in confussion for date of joining thanks and regards
