Can CA take the action after the articleship completion letter is received??
My Articleship got over on 1/09/2015,my CA had signed the form and later on I had received the letter from ICAI that my articleship is terminated. Its been over a month since I received the letter from ICAI, now I visited his office to learn more. But he wants me to serve for longer period and threatening that he will send my attendance to ICAI saying that I had taken excess leave..

I have done my CA-Articleship in 2 different offices. In my first office, I availed 68 days leave and I had shown that way in the Form 109, which I submitted with the institute during termination from the first office. Now for me to complete my articles without a supplementary articleship as per the CA Regulations how many more days  should I show as leave taken in the Form 108?

If ECC No is not shown in invoice Can Cenvat Credit allowed or not in gujarat .

Sir, I am an article assistant. I have worked I old firm for 7 months. Now I have taken termination. Sir, is there any time limit to join in new firm like one month or something else. If yes please tell me what to do if not joined. Do my articles will be cancelled or I have to pay any fine. Please tell me. its very urgent

i have bought the latest edition of dinesh madan for isca to appear in nov 15. but due to circumstances i was unable to appear in nov 15. now m preparing for may 16. will the same book work or i will have to get a new one . please help

i m aving a issue with my principle i have completed 2years 2 months of articleship . any technique to take transfer or even he is agreed to sign on any form if i make the seat aquired by me empty .
any solution will be appreciated ( i can work for 3 months more maximum)
that will make it approx 2.6 yrs

After filing Form 3ceb for transfer pricing I realised there was a mistake in this years and last years form. Pls let me know upto when these forms can be revised.

My training got over on 25/09/2015,I had sent form 108 within time but I haven?t received any letter yet.Yesterday I called up the institute they told me that my training got extended by 5 days.Will you please help me that what forms and documents I should send now?
