01 December 2015 My training got over on 25/09/2015,I had sent form 108 within time but I haven?t received any letter yet.Yesterday I called up the institute they told me that my training got extended by 5 days.Will you please help me that what forms and documents I should send now?

Does it mean you have already served for 5 MORE days?

Better wait till you receive the written communication from ICAI and then act accordingly.

Procedure is same as you did earlier at the time of registration of your articleship.
