Action by ca after articleship termination letter received

04 December 2015 Can CA take the action after the articleship completion letter is received??
My Articleship got over on 1/09/2015,my CA had signed the form and later on I had received the letter from ICAI that my articleship is terminated. Its been over a month since I received the letter from ICAI, now I visited his office to learn more. But he wants me to serve for longer period and threatening that he will send my attendance to ICAI saying that I had taken excess leave..

04 December 2015 First find out the true and fair reason. Listen to what CA says carefully.

If it really contains any malafide intentions, get back to me.

If you find him bonafide and reasonable, do as directed by him. Dont just let everything wipe off on account of ego clashes.

04 December 2015 He is not letting me to do proper work, just made me sit it in the office n do mere clerical work like reconciliation etc. Just ignores me in the office n unnecessary screams at me for any reason n kept on threatening me . I am thinking not to visit his office but not sure about is there any action that can be taken by him?

05 December 2015 Sir I want to know that after termination considering the time the action can be taken by him or not??

07 December 2015 My dear, please try to understand....why only your CA, any other CA can also take action. It is a matter of finding the TRUTH. Please don't consider the signing of form 109 is END by itself. ok?

Let me give you a simple but very good real life example.

A friend of mine underwent articleship from Aug.1979 to Jule 1982. (3 years pattern) He passed out CA final in May 1992. While applying for membership, he attached his degree certificate as well as LLB certificate.

Now read carefully, June 1982, he graduated and June 1985 he passed out LLB. (3 years course)

While granting membership in 1992, ICAI asked him why the permission for doing another course viz. LLB was not taken in form 112? (mind you....LLB course was clashing for one month with articleship. i.e.july 1982)
