01 December 2015 Sir,
i m aving a issue with my principle i have completed 2years 2 months of articleship . any technique to take transfer or even he is agreed to sign on any form if i make the seat aquired by me empty .
any solution will be appreciated ( i can work for 3 months more maximum)
that will make it approx 2.6 yrs

01 December 2015 01. The best would be, being an articled clerk, keep your EGO aside. Let the EGO of your principal prevail. Sooner or later you are going to join the CA fraternity. So dont stretch your EGO.

02. You can try for SECONDMENT. Work with some other CA with consent of your existing principal.
