I am in last year of my training and want to know whether industrial training would be beneficial 4 me or not?
I have few queries in my mind
1. whether industrial training wub be more beneficial or shall I stick 2 my old firm till I complete my training period?
2. whether applying for industrial training is better than applying in 1 of da big 4?
3. whether industrial training is better den da audits of the medioker firms?
4. wht r the BIG companies which provides such training? (I already hv da list of accredited companies provided by the institute)
5. wht kind of stipend is paid there? is it the same specified by the institute?
6. nother query is: I hv heard dat, if 1 goes for industrial training, den that person is not able to shift his area of interest to any other field later on. is that so???
7. finally: if 1 gets n oppurtunity 2 choose his area of interest in the industrial training, which field sud he opt 4. internal assurance, direct tax, indirect tax, tax audits, etc. (I hv heard, if 1 chooses tax audit field, he gets da same exposure as he does in a CA firm)
If ny1 cn answer deze, wud be a great help 4 me.

i gave my pcc attempt in june 09 and cleared my first grp and flunk in second. i gave my second grp for verification.so i want to know that how much time do the institute take for verification and do they reply via letter whether the marks has increased or remained same.
and is there any chances that institute increase marks.

my marks are as follows;

GROUP 1

A/C 58
Audit 58
Law 66

total 182

GROUP 2

Cost & fm 34
Tax 41
IT & SM 45

total 120

So my aggregate total is 302
just for costing i flunked so is there any chances of passing under verification.

sir plz give +ve or -ve response but urgent.

As per ICAI guidelines one can take 1/6th leave of the period served by the article but i want to know whether leave taken for graduation exams (atleast exam day including intervening holidays) will be considered as period served or not.
For bcom even do we need to submit Form 112 even if registered before June 2007.

hi, m archana roy. i cleared by CPT in 2007 with 52precent marks n hav scored distinction in 10th n 12th std. Thereafter i completed my articleship for 18 mnths from a firm specialised in banking audit.I had my PCC attemp in June 2009, but didn't giv the exam as i got very discouraged with the work pressure. I terminated my articleship. But now again i m planning to giv the exmaz in May 2010, which would need registration again in some firm. Can u suggest me how can i go abt this situation n which firm to join. i m studying in T.Y Bcom.Plz help.

Can anyone tell me if transfer is allowed if we take transfer for industrial traning as i am in my last 12 months of traning having passed PCC already.It will highly grateful if anyone answers to my query.
