My query is - CA final exam form / verification form says that it has to be signed by the Principal.

Please let me know, whether for the Articleship completed student of CA Final - would it still require to be signed by the (erstwhile) Principal?

Or it could be signed by any other CA holding COP?

Actually, i'm a CA FINAL student.. In PCC, i never learned or even saw the CASE LAWS for my exams.. Though got good marks in PCE JUNE'09.... But, now i wanted to know, how important are the CASE LAWS for FINALS??? My problem is that, i can't remember the case laws on one hand, on the other, its impossible for me to co-relate each case law with Q i'm asked in exam... I mean, i really wonder how my friends did that, coz i get confuse after reading CASE LAWS... So, is it feasible for me if i skip CASE LAWS completely in FINALS too, or there are some important case laws existing for exams....

I;m a CPT passed student in Nov'06 & passed my PCC in Nov'08. and my articleship period is as under
previous employer details:
date of joinin: 22/12/06
termination : 18/04/09
leaves : 42 days

transfer:
New Employer details:
date of joinin : 22/04/09
termination: 22/06/10.
Till date leave is for 15 days.

I want to knw that now how many days of leave more i can take.
Nd under my first principal i had work for 6 days a week and 8hrs per day.
For how many days benefit i will get???
according to my calculation if articleship is counted on hours basis my articleship will get over in this december??

hi! sir i tried to contact the cs office on the number 01204239993-9 previously many times but they never resolved my query infact everytime i have called them they just transfer my call to some other extension and they never give me my registration number and always hang up after transfering the call. I do not know what to do i did online registration for june 2010 cs-executive on 19th September and also made online payment, i submitted my marksheets and other documents by post but still the registration has not been done and the last date is 30th nov now if the registration is not done even till then , then i will not be able to do anything... i have also tried to check my status online but its all the same as before .... everytime it shows application under process . Sir what if they tell me after 30th nov that my online payment has not been received or there is some other proble then i will not be able to do anything at that time.After making online payment through their website i also got an acknoledgement letter for the receipt of the fee payment, but in my account statement the payment has not been made yet, so i do not know whether the actual payment will take place after registration or not..plz help if you have any info regarding this matter as to how shd i go abt to contact them.

In the list of roll numbers issued by the institute for the verification of results, which they update everyday, there are number of duplicate entries for the same roll number i.e. same roll number has been written twice in the list.
so i want to know does that mean, roll numbers have been repeated due to the reason that students with that roll number has applied for such number of subjects for verification?
i.e. if a person has applied for verification of 2 papers, his roll number will appear in the list twice?

Is some expert tell me that what is the status of the postal coaching scheme i am in new final course. i come through pe-11 exam i send a person which tell me that now no need of sending et's to institute kindly some one tell me to cure the fear of difficulties in the future exams is there any other scheme started also tell me what happended with sunday test which are taken by institute for delhi students
