11 November 2009 I;m a CPT passed student in Nov'06 & passed my PCC in Nov'08. and my articleship period is as under
previous employer details:
date of joinin: 22/12/06
termination : 18/04/09
leaves : 42 days

transfer:
New Employer details:
date of joinin : 22/04/09
termination: 22/06/10.
Till date leave is for 15 days.

I want to knw that now how many days of leave more i can take.
Nd under my first principal i had work for 6 days a week and 8hrs per day.
For how many days benefit i will get???
according to my calculation if articleship is counted on hours basis my articleship will get over in this december??

11 November 2009 you better go to the Institute and discuss the matter with them as it is a technical matter. get the answer from them in writing. thanks and regards
