iam doing my articleship now and i have enrolled for icwa after filing in 112 form . my articleship is till july 2011.can i pursue b.com through correspondence now ...... is permission required for correspondence also??? if yes will icai permit me to do so???

I cleared PE2 and joined my ca articleship on 1/september/08 and i completed my college for 2nd year L.L.B. on april 2008. further was not able to clear my 2nd year law paper in april , then finally cleared it in october 2008. and got the degree of bachelor in general law. then i did't persued my law further for final year LLB. do i need to file form 112?

if yes then my collage authorities are not ready to fill in details since i was not a regular student during my october exam. what should i do?

If i am working in some organization (May it be a company or firm) from last 6 months in accounts / audits department, will it be necessary for me to do training of 3 yrs in respect of CWA.

Is this trainning necessary for completion of the course. Please clarify in detail about tranning of 3 yrs in CWA.

the trustee has transferred his building to trust in 2007-08. that why showing the loss. in the year 2008-09 again the property is transferred back to the same trustee. what will be tax concequences???

One of my friend is appearing for June-10 C.S. excecutive examiantion.his computer examination certicate is missing ,however he has earlier appeared in the examination.Whether on the basis of application and photocopy of previous examination admit card,he can appear for june-10 examination.reply immediately as he has to fillup the form.

I am an Articled Assistant considering undergoing Industrial Training. Following are my queries:

1. The Instructions in Form 104 state that an Articled Assistant must intimate his principal to take Industrial Training. Is there a prescribed Form for the same? Should such intimation be submitted along with Form 104

2. Am I liable to Form 109 in case I opt for Industrial Training i.e. do I need to file Form 109 before submitting Form 104?

3. After the completion of 9 months or 12 months of Industrial Training as the case may be, will I have to work as an Articled Assistant under my current Principal?

last attepmt all questions were compulsory in every paper. Is there chance to do selective study in law because I am working and i have got only one month preparation time for 1st group.
