If anybody wants to terminate the articleshipdue to some problems or due to any other reasons, he/she can terminate the same? Is it pewrmissible by the ICAI?Suppose, the employer permits to terminate the articleship & accordingly signs the letter written by the articled assistant, for the request of termination, then such permission from the employer is taken as basis/considered by the ICAI? or even after the permission from the employer, such type of letter of termination of articleship by the articled assistant will not be entertained by the ICAI? Whether the grounds which are applicable to "transfer", are same applicable to the termination of articleship also?
