can anyone please provide the resolution along with format of explanatory statement under section 372A fo the purpose of investments in any other body corporate

sir i want one more clarification.
Actually i am confused with section 295 and section 372A.
Section 372A deals with loan to body corporate an section 295 deals with loan to director etc.
There may be some cases which can attract both the sections. so i just want clarification o this point as in practical how this is to be applied

Plz check your ID. I have sent you some 372A resolutions with exp statement. Change them accordingly.

Do not get confused between section 295 and 372A. Section 372A is applicable between 2 companies i.e. inter corporate loan etc.
