does any one kno abt CFA(US) i heard it is very good course? hav any knowledge?

My 3 and 1/2 yrs of articleship will be completed on 02.07.2010 and final exam is due in Nov,2010. After completion of articleship which forms or documents are to be signed by MIT & me and submitted to ICAI ?
Also does institute sends any certicate or acknowledgement ?

I am an working executive in Bhutan, wish to do Company Secretary course. My query is whether the study material provides by the institute is sufficient enough for preparation of examination. Further if i devote 3 to 4 hours daily in my study is it possible for me to crack the examination.

Which course is comparetively better CFA from ICFAI Vs. Company Secretary Course.

I have passed 2 nd group CA final old course and attempted 1st first group.I am also appearing in MAY 2010 exam for 1st group.I have not done GMCS. I heard that concept GMCS is going to change from 15 days to 3 months so how is it possible for all old students who are doing job also.plz clarify

Can anyone tell me that is there any such rules that we cannot take a transfer in last year of our articleship ??

And what if the reason of transfer be marriage & so transfer to other city ?? Is it possible to get transfer in last year of articleship at any time and do any proof required to be submitted ??
