I am Abhinav Shah is student of CA Final. I was register for my articleship on 01/10/2007 and my articleship will be completed on 31/03/2011. I have completed my graduation course and I want to join Post graduation course from this June. Should I have to fill the form No. 112 and submit to the ICAI for the post graduation course? I have not eligible for the fill the form 112 for my graduation course.

I hav got exemption in accounts thrugh revaluation as i com to know after a comunication by phone to institute i dnt knw how much marks i scored after revaluation..is there is any procedure to know the marks b4 xams.as statement by post wil tak a lot of time

I was registered in 204 for PE-II exam based on MCOM.I was got registeration No. also,but due to my problem I was not continued the same.Can I was given only one paper of costing in sunday test scheme.Now I want to continued it ,can I directly give sunday test for appearing PE-II exam.please guide me.

i wana 2 convert my pcc to ipcc.will my trainig period ll includeed inn ipcc if i convert.is it possible without termination i.e w/t filling up 109 form.

I am a CA Final Student and I completed PE-II in May 2009.My articleship stars from septumber of 2009.
My query is that if I am eligible to attend GMCS course in the upcoming month of May 2010 or I should wait till Septumber 2011 to attend GMCS.

My Articleship is slated to complete on 27th April 2010 (without calculating the period of extension, thus this is the actual completion date)

1st query: While filling the form for registration in CA Final course, I gave that date of my completion of service which was calculated by including extension period which I have to serve with my present employer as I was given excess leave by my previous employer. So, would their arise any problems while submitting the form 108 on 27th april i.e., on the actual date.

2nd query: When would form 107 be submitted - at the same time with form 108, or after any corresspondence with the institute.

Dear All,

A service provider who obtained service tax registration in 2005 for providing brokerage service and crossing the threshold, now wants to surrender the same as his total service provided is less than the prescribed limit for service tax i.e. Rs.10 Lakh. Can the service tax registration be surrendered on this ground, if yes then what is the procedure? If no, then is he still liable to charge the service tax and file the service tax return?

I reside in a small town and there's isnt any CA institute here.Is it possible to pass ipcc by doing self study.Suggest me. I cant shift to another city due to certain reason.Plz suggest me in this regard.I'm very depressed.
