i hv just given pcc exams..my problem is uptill now i hvnt been able to learn much in articleship because my ca has only 1-2 company in hand...in these 18 months he just gave me vouching,BRS work..which is surely of no use.n that too he has never been proper in stipends..as per the provisions of ICAI i cant take transfer..is there any solution by which i can atleast learn something fruitful in the remaining period?i dont think any other CA would employ me,without registering me as his/her trainee..rather it is not possible to work with any other ca..please advice

Actually I have received a letter from the institute that i have been registered provisionally for the exam and I have to sign a form from my auditor that I am serving my last 12 month of articleship, which I was supposed to submit on 31st of May 2010.

As I was suffering from typhoird fever I was not able to go to office and I joined office on 22nd June 2010 and I have not yet submitted the form to the institute as my auditor is out of station for an audit.

My Query is that will there be any problem if submit it after 2 days, ofcourse I have a genuine reason for submitting it late even I have got the doctor's prescription.

my ca i not puting his signature in 109 form due to BAD Relation wd me.so i send 109 form blank and i received institute letter yesterday under hich it was written that i ve to send 109 form again under which i ve to sign my ca .i went my ca door bt again he is not ready to sign .tell me now what i ve to do now.plz reply fast
