Should I pursue MBA, CS or CFA after my CA exams?

please advice me with the reasons for it?

In a Firm there are 6 employees out of which 4 employees have annual salary less then rs. 160000 & among these employees only 2 employee have PAN no. on the other hand remaining two employees have salary more then Rs. 160000 whether the employer is liable to Deduct TDS if yes then on what rate for each employee
Please mention Refferense of section etc. if any

What to do and how to prepare if:
some one is weak in practical subjects

should i prepare for all the chapters or only selected chapters thoroughly?

please suggest me or give me any advice

I am finding dificulties in filing Form 25C in following case.

Director appointed on 02-05-08 (BM)& elected as Chairman on 14-07-08 (BM)on such a terms & conditions of remuneration. Now the Company is Ltd Co.

e.g. on 09-04-10 (BM) & on 05-05-10 (AGM) it was resolved to revise the terms of remuneration payable to Chairman.

In the Remuneration Agreement pls. note in brief following points:

1)Revision in remuneration w.e.f.05-05-10
2)He shall perform such duties assigned by BOD & as per MOA & AOA of the Co.
3)The appointment notwithstanding for the 5 yrs. w.e.f 14-07-08.

I have the following queries while filing Form 25C:

1)While filing F 25C, the designation would be WTD or not? (Point No 4 of the Form)
2)What will the effective date of appointment (Point No 5 & 6 of the Form)
3)Will the tenure of appointment for 5 yrs w.e.f. 14-07-08 or 05-05-10.(Point No 7(e)of the Form)

I request you to pls. also go through the Form 25C.

Experts Pls. clarify the same.

i want to register for GMCS batch in Mumbai,

for december month batch.

Can i register it from advance i.e this month June 2010?

i dont want to take any risk as GMCS batches are not conducted for more than 50 students per batch.

so can i register and secure my place in december batch from now itself?

is it permissible by icai or allowed for such advanced registration?

There are some Vehicles taken on lease from leasing company for a period of 5 years by a company for its senior management group. The user of the vehicle will have a right to purchase the vehicle by paying outstanding book value as on that date. how should we classify this lease transaction in our books of accounts i.e. finance lease or operating lease.

Since cwa has revised syllabus for final, i'm greatly confused as to how to study for the same..

One such subject is "BUSINESS VALUATION AND CASE STUDY"

the study module is not enough to cover up or in other words is useless!! Nor there is any book available in the market..

If any one can mail me with the notes for the same subject i would b greatly appreciate his/her Help :)
