Hi, i am doing training, and facing many problems like timings, my office starts at 10.00 am & ends after 7.00 pm, I get no compunsation of extra work done and inspite of compunsation he marks a half day if I came before 10.10 am.

My period of training is going to extend without any extra leave taken from my side.

I also won't get time for studies.

Can any body tell me that what is the procedure of GMCS Classes and when to take it?
Means before final exam or after them?

A facility management co. is charging Service tax on its total billings excluding electricity for which they issue a seperate bill as Service Tax is not applicable on electricity. Now the co wants to raise a single bill including electricity but wants to charge service tax on total amount excluding electricity. Where such contention of the company is permissible ?????

I have read Regulation 54 of CA Regulations,1988. However, It was not clear to me about payment of Stipend & also if somebody can please clarify such other practical difficulties.
