An article assistant is allowed around 150 days leave during 3 months of Articleship. Is the student required to be paid stipend during that period ?

i was doing my b.com from banglore university. .though my 3 years of b.com has been completed but there r still some back exams. .do i need to send 112 to icai. .and if yes ,i want to know why? cuz i have already completed my 3 years of b.com i.e i do not require to attend any regular classes ,the only thing i have to do is to write my back exams. . .kindly reply as soon as possible. .

As i registered for articleship on 19-sep-2013 with group-1 passed ,where group-2 passed on nov- 2015 where i am wiling to appear for ca final may 2016 exams provided i submitted my ca final registration form with icai sirc on 4.2.2016 where up to the date iam not yet recieved the registration letter ,so how can apply to ca final may 2016 exam, where iam trying to create login it saying ur provisonally applying and in the exam form it asking for registration date where i am not yet recieved the registration letter.so how can i proceed through this issue

I started my articles in apr 2015 but took a leave for 3 months due to some health issues.so the CA that I'm working for advised me to start articles only after the leave i.e in August 2015.but the form 102 is stamped as on april 29 and they went missing ...as a result i couldn't file form 102 and 103 and i found them recently but by then my employer already hired the 10th articled student.so,i cannot be taken as an articled student under him.but i already worked since august 1st 2015. And if i dont get registered now it'll be a waste of 7 months of my career.can i be taken as a 11th articled student so that ..the said period wont be wasted? Please guide me through this.

I have filled examination form of IPCC may 16 second group....but I don't no where to file group 1 pass details...but I submitted the form...how can I update my details do any one help me ???? thanks in advance

I recently received excess leave taken letter from icai. It stated that I have to completer 17 days of excess leaven taken during articleship. For that I submitted form 103 and form 108 covering my 17 days of articleship from 05 jan 2016 to 21 jan 2016.
Till date I have not received confirmation for the same.

Now I have my exams in may 2016, so will it effect my attempt in any way ??

can i subimitted form 112 ????

Belated ROI was filed for AY 2014-15 now its discovered that we forget to pay tax on Short term capital gain and excess claimed the expenditure.
Since ROI was filed late we can`t revise the return. We want to pay tax and file correct Return before department take any action. How can we do so. plz tell me any section, which allow us to avoid a penalty.
