An article assistant is allowed around 150 days leave during 3 months of Articleship. Is the student required to be paid stipend during that period ?

Stipend should be paid during allowed leave. Ofcourse it depends on boss also some will pay and some not,.

As per institute minimum stipend as per institute has to be paid during alllowed leave,no stipend payable for excess leave taken
however some employers do deduct stipend for leave taken some wont deduct.Some will pay only minimum amount as per icai rule during study leave some employers do pay full stipend as they pay in working period,..it all depends,
