Whether new modules and pm issued in Jan 16 applicable for MAY 16 Exam as on module it is written applicable from nov 16 ownwards but amendments in books are till 31st oct 2015

Yes , ICAI release only one edition for year and in february,,
No idea why they write like that,,may be practically thinking students who registered in or after february are expected give nov2016 exam so they may written like that
