the date when payment is made
or
the date on which the cheque is cleared or payment is realised????

I am registering for CA course for this december attempt in addition to the enclosures that require attestation by a gazetted officer or CA i want to know whether the CPT registeration form requires any attestation or not ???


A CA authorised to attest these enclosures should be a practicing CA or CA in employnment ????
