How far the Law Books are updated for the exams on ??

28 September 2010 Sir,

Is it justified to study the book of N.D.Kapoor for the Law paper (MBA-Business Legislation) which is not the latest version ?? The book is covering our entire syllabus almost (MBA-IISWBM-Part-II), but I am not getting its latest edition in the Market.

30 September 2010 You can prepare from the text book available with you. Since no frequent/major changes in the business law takes place.

However, it is advisable to update with taxation part laws, if in syllabus.
