Please tell me whether a student persuing articleship can start a business on partnership basis with his friend, if no
Can the student act as a sleeping partner and lend its name to the partnership firm
or IF he want to persue his articleship and business together whether he took the later part of assignment after the office hours (Articleship hour).

You have to seek permission from ICAI before joining any of the above mentioned activities.
