I had taken transfer after the first 6 months of my articleship period (which comes to 26 weeks),
Period of Articleship (before transfer) = 26 Weeks
(-) Leave Taken (40 days) = 6 Weeks

Hence, Actual period served 20 Weeks

But while filiing Form 109, I bymistakenly mentioned 26 weeks (instead of 20 weeks) as period served without deducting the leaves taken, though in the Form leave of 40 days was mentioned seperately.
Now, I have to fill my Form 108,
Remaining period of articleship = 131 Weeks
(-) Leave taken (106 days) = 15 Weeks
....................................................-----------------
Actual Period served = 116 Weeks
....................................................===========

Total period of articleship = 131+26 = 157 Weeks
(-) Leave taken (146 days) = 6+15 = 21 Weeks

Actual Period served = 136 Weeks

But due to the mistake while filling form 109,
The period served in weeks comes as 26 (which was 20) +116 = 142 weeks
and leave taken as 6+15 = 21 weeks
hence total period = 142+21 = 163 weeks which is incorrect for 3 years of Articleship tenure.
What do I do in such a case?

My article ship ended on Jan 10 I filled form 108 and send to institute I received letter on 8 Feb stating excess leave.

Now my question is to fill 107 and tell that I continued my work from Jan 11 for remaining days or
I need to fill 103 and register.it will be any problem from institute if I send 107 now ??there is a 60 days time


If I need to fill 107 I want sample copy of filled one

Is it true if the institute is taking time for providing certified copies (along with verification) then there are changes for discrepancy in my marks.. coz its been more than a month from the date i have requested for... and I have got 58 in ISCA is thr any chance my marks would be changed to 60??? due to verification.

I Did not receive my Articleship Letter. I Need to Join for GMCS-1 . And also i applied for final but i did not got that letter but i received my final books. I called for instiuite and raised a query regarding this. But they said your letter already we sent like that they said. Please Help me

I worked under 2 principals during my articleship. Under my first principal i had only 2 leaves as per form109 filed with icai. Under my second pricipal i have around 190 leaves.

Now my doubt is whether the total leaves for calculating extension will be calculated principal wise individually or according to total period served my me during my articleship of 3 years.
(i.e 1/6th of period served will be calculate principal wise individually or according to period served during my 3 years of articleship).

please tell me that fro which CA it should be attested ,,,, Registered Employee I mean Sir or from any other CA ?????????
