I have scored exemption in isca last attempt but while fuling examination form of may 2016 I have not mentioned the last appearance datail of final exam although I have mentioned the exemption detail.....will it leads to any problm for claiming exemption

In my opinion whether you provide those details or not exemption if valid it is automatic and valid even if you not mentioned details in exam form
