Hello, I have cleared CA-IPCC & now I m wanted to do Cs. I want to know that is there is amy exemption in any cs executive subjects or I hve to do fresh reg. for CS plz guide me. & Thnx everyone in advance

if after completion of articleship, there is excess leave of 10 days n 9 mths gone n I did nothing in this matter as because this matter came in my notice two days before. So what should I do now ? n also in examination form of CA final in last two page which option I ll select ?? plz guide me..

I don't have any Supporting documents except Death certificate. please tell me what are the documents are required to take permission from ICAI.

I want know that, If a trust has claiming carry forward deficit in the return of income but return was not filed within the due date of filing of the return for trust. is it allowed to carry forward the losses.

I have scored exemption in isca last attempt but while fuling examination form of may 2016 I have not mentioned the last appearance datail of final exam although I have mentioned the exemption detail.....will it leads to any problm for claiming exemption

HI , actually I wanted to know the difference bw practice manual and scanner.

I know that practice manual is must
But for better marks and practice
Does scanners help.

I had taken transfer after the first 6 months of my articleship period (which comes to 26 weeks),
Period of Articleship (before transfer) = 26 Weeks
(-) Leave Taken (40 days) = 6 Weeks

Hence, Actual period served 20 Weeks

But while filiing Form 109, I bymistakenly mentioned 26 weeks (instead of 20 weeks) as period served without deducting the leaves taken, though in the Form leave of 40 days was mentioned seperately.
Now, I have to fill my Form 108,
Remaining period of articleship = 131 Weeks
(-) Leave taken (106 days) = 15 Weeks

Actual Period served = 116 Weeks

Total period of articleship = 131+26 = 157 Weeks
(-) Leave taken (146 days) = 6+15 = 21 Weeks
-----------------
Actual Period served = 136 Weeks

But due to the mistake while filling form 109,
The period served in weeks comes as 26 (which was 20) +116 = 142 weeks
and leave taken as 6+15 = 21 weeks
hence total period = 142+21 = 163 weeks which is incorrect for 3 years of Articleship tenure.
What do I do in such a case?
