I have done my articleship from 2 firms. While filling the form 108, I have to give total leaves taken in the recent firm but I gave total no. of leaves taken in both the firms. And therefore, I got a letter from ICAI stating I have excess leave of 36 days when infact I have not taken any excess leave. What shall I do now? Kindly reply soon. I am really worried.

Hello. I gave my ipcc exams in november 2015. The results were declared on 1st Feb 2016. However, I have yet to receive my Statement of marks from icai even after a month. Is anyone in the same boat as me? Should I send a letter to icai already or wait for sometime? Has everyone else received theirs? Kindly help. I'm getting worried.

How can i maintain a time after office for study.

Dear Sir/ma'am, My name is soham madhvi currently I've completed my 6 months of articleship. my final attempt will be may 2018. But due to health reason i find it difficult to continue articleship (my brain is always in pain whatever it is, i am used to confuse, and cannot think properly and make decisions wrong which lead to wrong performance because of my brain problem) since right now i am doing concurrent audit of a bank so i am very afraid that I can do something wrong and my ca will be in problem because of my mistake. I think of taking transfer and do rest for some month until all the functions of my brain works smoothly. so i want to know what will be the consequence in above case please reply me thank you in advance

GuysIs it possible to revise the TDS return for the Qtr ended 30.6.15 now. Is there any penalty or interest for the same??

If someone clears in IPCC dec 15 attempt and have still not completed IT OT 100 hrs training of institute , will his final attempt will be extended? what if he is willing to do it now ...but batches are not available ....??
