I want to ask about the official traveling during the articleship and stay at outstation client place. What will be the treatment of traveling time and stay ??
Whether these will be excess hours or not ??

It depends on the WISDOM of the articled clerk. What the articled has undergone during the articleship is the TRAINING. If an articled is of the opinion that TRAVELLING is training.....s/he may consider the same as such. Mutuality is the key of articleship. Without over stretching the instance, if you could elaborate your case, I will be in a better place to count the EXCESS, if any, in your case. Please give the details.
