Sir My name is Dinesh working as a Articled Assistant in Bangalore, I have Completed my 14
Months Article ship, Now i want to take transfer form Bangalore to Shivamogga (distances is 260 Kms) because of Few days back my Father was expired therefore it is difficult to continue my Article ship in Bangalore. Can i able to take transfer.
if it is possible please tell me the Procedure.

Yes you can take transfer explain your issue to ICAI explaining reason for your transfer and requesting to give permission for transfer along with your boss recommendation letter(no objection) supporting your reason.
Upon receipt of permission May take transfer by sending form 109
