My name is Dinesh, I have completed my 14 Months Articleship, now i want to take transfer from Bangalore to Shimogga, because few days back my father was expired therefore it is difficult to continue my Articleship in Bangalore.
I don't have any Supporting documents except Death certificate. please tell me what are the documents are required to take permission from ICAI.

1)A letter explaining your issue to ICAI along with death certificate would suffice.
2)Your letter of request for permission for transfer should also contain no objection letter from icai
