During the 3 years of article there are 156 days sunday...... Whethere such sunday are considered as days worked?

If a person is a clearing and forwarding agent and if he owns a building the rental service provided to the consignor will be a taxable service?????????

if yes,the c&f agent can pay the tax to the government only if the consignor pays him?

DEAR SIR I AM UNDER TRAINING OF ARTICLESHIP AND I SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MY 3 YEARS AND 1 MONTH OF ITS. BUT MY BOSS TOUCHER ME TO COME REGULARLY UPTO SUNDAY AND DO THE JOB FOR 8 TO 9 HOURS OR MORE i.e. TILL THE WORK IS NOT COMPLETED. SO I AM SOO MUCH OF TENCED THAT TO COMPLETE 5 MONTH OF TRANING SHALL I HAVE TO DO THE WORK LIKE THAT. ADVICE ME.

i got registered on 1/1/2007 to cpt but still i have not cleared,am i eligible to take up june 2011 examination. i have written last 3 cpt exams.

I am a CA Final student.
I have planned to give
1st group and IDT from 2nd group..

I want to know that is there any requirement regarding min. marks to be scored in the subjects of 2nd group...?

Dear all,
Please clarify the position of Vikas, a CA student. He asked me about this. He had cleared both groups of PE II In May 2007. Completed the compulsary computer course also. Completed 17 months of articleship in July 2007. Then took permission from the Institute for pursuing MBA. Got a certificate from Institute for the 17 months of articleship that he had completed. Now he wants to rejoin articleship and enroll for the Final(new course).
Query is will the 17 months of articleship completed earlier be valid now. If yes when can he appear for the final exam if he enrolls himself in Feb 2011

Sir im confused, wet that new pattern is been approved by CENTRAL AUTHORITY or NOT & frm when new pattern will be applicable and wet it will be applicable for ONLINE CPT also or wat ??..

Pls help me as soon as possible....!
