i have taken a personal loan for a Plot and i have not done any kind of construction on this plot and it is still in shape of Plot. on this loan i am paying interest amount with my monthly EMI.
Can i get any kind of tax exemption to save my Tax liability.

Please advise.

If a person is a clearing and forwarding agent and if he owns a building the rental service provided to the consignor will be a taxable service?????????

if yes,the c&f agent can pay the tax to the government only if the consignor pays him?

DEAR SIR I AM UNDER TRAINING OF ARTICLESHIP AND I SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MY 3 YEARS AND 1 MONTH OF ITS. BUT MY BOSS TOUCHER ME TO COME REGULARLY UPTO SUNDAY AND DO THE JOB FOR 8 TO 9 HOURS OR MORE i.e. TILL THE WORK IS NOT COMPLETED. 1st group and IDT from 2nd group..

I want to know that is there any requirement regarding min. marks to be scored in the subjects of 2nd group...?
