can u tel me wats the legal procedure for the change in directorship of the private limited company..........director has been left the company so can i know is only memorandum should be changed,????? plzzzzz....

No need to change to AOA Or MOA. Just file form 32 for resignation. AOA contains details of first directors which need not be changed.
