My client A has duly registered with service tax department . He was availing cenvat credit on input . He has changed his office from one place to another but did'nt apply for change in the certificate from the service tax department about his address . Now the question is is there any provision to apply for such change which is late now ? what are the penalty provisions for the same ? As he is claiming CENVAT credit on input and the invoices on which such CENVAT to be taken were duly addresed on the old one , is the dept. can deny for such CENVAT credit ? He want to make address change in the certificate with older date .Is there any solution to the problem so the address can be change with the new one and with effect from the older date so there will be no problem in claiming the CENVAT CREDIT.

Please help my one friend-

He got exemption in June 09 in MAFA and thereafter he got exemption in Nov 10 in Accounts.
Now, for MAy 11 attempt,which paper will be exempted either accounts or Mafa.
His marksheet showing of Nov 10 showing MAfa exempt only. please help

I HAVE SECURED EXEMPTION IN COSTING IN MAY 2010 EXAMS AND NOW HAVE OBTAINED EXEMPTION IN TAXATION IN NOV 2010 EXAMS (PCC). MY QUESTION IS CAN I CLAIM EXEMPTION IN MAY 2011 PCC EXAM FOR BOTH THE SUBJECT OR WILL I BE LIABLE TO CLAIM ANY ONE OF THE ABOVE EXEMPTION ??? ( I HAVE OBTAINED 30 & 35 MARKS RESPECTIVELY IN SM & IT EXAMS RESPECTIVELY )PLS REPLY URGENTLY.......

hi...i am a ca final student. i had initially registered myself under p.e.-2 course and then transferred into IPCC course and cleared IPCC exam in Nov.2010 and registered now as a final student....my articleship was started on 20th Oct,2010 due to having passed a group in p.e-2 and converted into IPCC. my question is about appearing in final exam. can i appear in Nov.2012??? there was a notification about appearing in final exam that a student registered initially in p.e.2 course and then converted in to IPCC and then become a final student can appear in final exam after completion of 2 years' articleship or he has been serving last 12 months' articleship. after calculating the time period can i appear in november 2012?? please let me know the answer as soon as possible so that i can join the particular batch of my coaching classes.....!!!

I am a pcc student. I have completed 32 months of articleship training .Due to some personal reasons i won't be able to attend articleship. so what should i do? My C.A is telling to take termination. but i want to appear for PCC exam. Can I take termination & still appear for exam.

i heared about cpt exam that 30% score in every section is must.what further changes can icai put in eligibilty criteria according to thier rules.will there be any eligiblity regarding min marks in hsc or graduation in future for appearing in cpt
