Dear all I have two query?? 1. Can additional Director can be appointed as whole time director 2.What are the procedure??

Yes Additional Director Can be appointed as Whole time Director at the next Annual General Meeeting after completing his term of Appointment.Sec 260 of Companies Act.
Please find the procedure mentioned below,
1. Collect DIN no. of proposed director.
2. At General Meeting pass Ordinary Resolution for appointment of Additional Director as Whole time Director as per Sec 260.
3. Download form-32 from MCA Portal.
4. Fill in the details of Newly Appointed Director in form-32.
5. Get it Digitally Signed from Practicing CS or Whole time CS.
6. Get it Digitally Signed by the Director also reqd for the process above.
5. After Digitally Signing, upload the form 32 on MCA site.
6. Pay requisite fee for filling form 32.
