i had read a notification stating that
the Central Council has approved the new announcement of allowing a Graduate student (B.com, B.Sc., BBA,etc) to directly join the IPCC course without writing CA-CPT Exam.

Is it true.

Can the buyer make any scribbling on the face of the invoice issued to him by the seller when he purchase goods or obtains any service.

If Yes, in such a case the input credit (VAT, Serv Tax etc) will be allowable to the buyer?????

I have CA Final Books amended upto September 30, 2010.
My CA Final Attempt is due on May 2013.
I remain confused about when the following Amendments will come as i have to study all things again :(

I'm in my first year of bcom and I'm a bit confused about which of the two I should take up. I am inclined towards Acca because of it's global recognition and higher pass percentage, but I heard that it doesn't have much scope in India and the salary too is lower compared to Indian CA. Is is hectic to do the course along with bcom?

Hi friends. I somehow missed my ipcc may 2011 hall ticket. i dont remember my exam number too. how in the world will i know my results without exam number ? what should i do now ?

My articleship got completed on 19th March 2011. I had not taken any excess leave and therefore I only submitted form no.108 at the time of completion. I received the termination letter on 4th june which stated that I had taken excess leave of 1 day. What should i do now??? Do i have to fill form any form again???
