can removal of auditor by members before the expiry of his term is treated as casual vacancy???

If after the auditor was validly appointed, there is a vacancy in the office of auditor, this is called casual vacancy.
Reasons Of Casual Vacancy – This may arise due to Death, insolvency, incapacity, disqualification, resignation of auditor or
dissolution of CA firm etc.
Who could fill the Vacancy??
If it was due to resignation – Only by shareholders.
If it was due to other reason – By BOD (If BOD fails then by shareholders)

Casual Vacancy is when the auditor himself resigns from the Audit...
When he is removed, then is removal and not vacancy...
