Which course is better- CA or ACCA?

22 June 2011 I'm in my first year of bcom and I'm a bit confused about which of the two I should take up. I am inclined towards Acca because of it's global recognition and higher pass percentage, but I heard that it doesn't have much scope in India and the salary too is lower compared to Indian CA. Is is hectic to do the course along with bcom?

23 June 2011 CA is having Global Recognition. It is the synonymous of job guarantee. Placement of a CA is not dependent on the parent institution.

I haven't seen any jobless CA in India.

I have seen many students pursued CA and remained unsuccessful in that, but in earning they are some where ahead of the qualified CA.

So do not worry about the passing the CA Exam. You will find certain freinds who will guide you towards the success in eaxm as well as in professional life also. Only thing desired is a dedication from your side. Do not be confused. Focus only on
the goal which will lead you beyond the success.

ACCA is confusing in itself. Whether it is a CA or an AC ?

A combination of both also results into nullity.
