any one tell me how much time for approval cpt exemption by the centeral goverment??????plz tell me right information about this exemption.......i am waiting your valuable reply!!!!!!

I completed my articleship on 02-04-2011
I passed PCC 1st group in June 2009 attempt and 2nd Group in this May 2011 attempt of which result declared on 8th Aug 2011
and on 10th of august I apply for CA Final registration and send the reg. form to ICAI and few days ago I also filled the online examination form for Nov.2011 attempt without receiving any letter from ICAI regarding registration in CA Final.

so I want to ask that what I did is valid or I am eligible for CA Final Nov 2011 attempt or not....????

we were taking andhra pradesh vat on 25-6-11 (we were submiting AP Vat registration in 15th june2011)

we were purchasing stocks in may 15th 2011.

our registration E.D.R effected 1-6-2011.

we are filing returns nil in june return, but business start 7th july.
august return we are paying RS. 16685/-
(but not paid) above resons.

can we are claiming may purchase vat input claim in revised returns.

My principal has told me to get registered for articles.
I saw form 102&103...and in it it was written to submit attested marksheet copies.
I have the copies of result downloaded from caresult.net......but i hvnt received marksheet or pass certificate from icai.
On icai's website it was written that the reasonable time for marksheet to reach is 6weeks....and it's not even 2 weeks now.

so,will i face a problem getting my marksheet attested and submitting form 102 & 103.

I m a commerce graduate and CA final student. i wanted to do CWA alongwith my CA course. So can any one tell me that will i get any exemption in computer training in CWA. And also i wanted to know that can i do my training of CWA after giving its final examinations.

Sir, i appeared for ipcc group 1 in may 2011 n got marks in A/c's - 72, law - 33, cost & fm - 67, tax - 24; and my result has shown as " F - Ex " in marks sheet.
Now my doubt is how many papers i have to re write in Nov 2011. should i have 2 write all papers r only law & tax papers.
i have decided to give both groups in nov 2011. my marks 72 and 67 will be included on total or not? will i be eligible for set off?
what amount i have to pay for both groups? 1600 or 1000 rs?

if we will pass dec 2011 attempt and suppose that time the approval will come then we have registered through graduation basis
