21 August 2011 Can you please tell me the procedure for filing of FORM 107 (supplementary deed of articles)?Is stamping required on the form and what should be the date of affixing stamp?Suppose the original period of articleship ends on 2nd september 2011 and the excess period in continuation is served under the same employer from 3rd september onwards then what are the steps to be followed?

21 August 2011 Execute the deed as was done at the time of original registration ans send Form No. 107 duly signed by both the parties to ICAI
