21 August 2011 Can you please tell me the procedure for filing of FORM 107 (supplementary deed of articles)?Is stamping required on the form and what should be the date of affixing stamp?Suppose the original period of articleship ends on 2nd september 2011 and the excess period in continuation is served under the same employer from 3rd september onwards then what are the steps to be followed?

21 August 2011 Execute the deed as was done at the time of original registration ans send Form No. 107 duly signed by both the parties to ICAI

21 August 2011 thank you sir for your reply.just wanted to ask that as per my query the date of stamping has to be 3rd september 2011?

20 July 2025 Yes, you are correct — in your case, the date of stamping on Form 107 (Supplementary Deed of Articleship) should be 3rd September 2011, which is the immediate day after the original articleship ends (i.e., 2nd September 2011) and marks the beginning of the excess period.
