I have cleared my CA - Intermediate exam as per old syllabus and appeared for Final in 2005. after that I didnt try. Now can I appear for CA final exam? Whats the procedure?

i am doing mcom private for which i have not filed the form 112 with ICAI and i have joined the mcom private in the begining of the february 2011 and now delay is of around 190 days so give me your opinion whether i should file the form 112 with late fees?

and my another question is that for private courses, permission from college principal is required or not coz there is no requirement to attend the classes

and what documents i should attached with form 112?

my articleship training has been completed in June 2011

I have completed my 42 months articleship on 2nd september 2011.
I have extension of 37 days.
Which form is to be filled? 108 or 109 or 107??

i heard that form 107 is to filled/ franklin on very next day of completion of articleship in my case that is 03/09/2011. I'm totally confused wat to do.

what is the eligibility to appear in ca final? can i give the exam before completion of my article training or i have to wait for completion of my article training?

Is there any benefit to appear for both groups of inter this December 2011??..can i clear the inter by getting 160 upon 300 in group 1 and 140 upon 300 in group 2..or should i get 150 in both the group individually..then actually what is the benefit for appearing for both the groups??..
