I am an article for the last 3 years and 2 months and now i want to take leave for my exams and my C.A. is not allowing to take leave and and giving me threats like he will report abuse against me in the institute and spoil my future.I m in a dilema what to do as i have my exams in nov11. please suggest me what to do

My PAN No. was wrongly entered in TDS return filled by my company, and now they have revised the same, but my 26AS at NSDL website is not reflecting the same, please let me know how much time it takes before this correction would be reflected in 26AS.

Whether stock tranfer aginst f form to a branch can be done at a price other than cost price???

For eg: Can we price goods costing 100 rupees at 125 rupees in stock transfer against f form to a branch in X state .Our head office is in Y state.

i want to know , in CS course , whether we can undergo the practical training of 15 months AFTER the completion of the executive program and professional program examinations respectively?

will my ipcc articleship be of any use in getting exemption from the CS Practical Training?

please clarify my doubt...
