i am doing mcom private for which i have not filed the form 112 with ICAI and i have joined the mcom private in the begining of the february 2011 and now delay is of around 190 days so give me your opinion whether i should file the form 112 with late fees?
and my another question is that for private courses, permission from college principal is required or not coz there is no requirement to attend the classes
and what documents i should attached with form 112?
my articleship training has been completed in June 2011

yes you should file ur form 112 as early as possible
