I had Joined the articleship in 28/10/2012. After 7 months,Due to my person problem, I was not able to continue. Now i want to join the Articleship, So what will be the procedure to Terminated and re- registration along with Form and Late fees

I am doing my industrial training. My final attempt is in Nov 16 & my internship completes in April 17. My exam leave period is only 3months that is from August. I have started studying some of my subjects. Is it possible for me to appear for both groups ? & wat if my result turn out to be negative... I won't be able to give May 17 attempt as my internship is till April 17. kindly help
