05 July 2016 what will be the procedure for termination and re registration of articleship after the 3 years of articleship date .
which form is needed to submit for termination and re -registration

05 July 2016 i had completed my 1 year articleship but due to my person reason i was not able to continue. My termination date is in 2015 . so, is it necessary to submit form 109 or 108 form
and re- registration also
