regarding Excess leave and signature

I have submitted 108 form after completion of 30days of articles , and I have received letter from icai that signature in 108form did not match the records , n 22days of excess leave should be completed by sending 103 n 108 forms, so the issue is can I go for new employer , if yes the signature which does not match can be attested from the new employer r the old one

01. you can go for new employer for 22 days, no issues.
02. the signature may be attested by the new employer. (Along with that you write a letter to ICAI, stating the reasons for deviation in your earlier signature)
