i am joined my article ship in 23/02/2016 but due to some reasons i terminated on 13/042016 i took leaves of 20 days
again re joined in 1st june/2016 is my final attempt will be late
what is my final attempt
By the way, can you tell me your logic about leaves......why do you think that LEAVES matter most in computing your final attempt.???

but took termination on 13th April i joined in another firm in 1st June to come my final attempt in Nov 2018
if i took articles again from 1st June
then my total period of articles will be 2 years 6 months is the calculation is correct

but the problem is i did not franking on the form 103 on when i re joining i did franking on 6th july
but with the approval of my principle i took date from 1st june and send it to the icai with condonation letter and fee of 300
is the icai approve sir

is franking is only the way to agreed the deed between me and principle
can i agreed with stamp papers is valid
Although not queried by you, but please NOTE a very BASIC thing.
The career which is built by malpractice OR wrong doing MAY give trouble to your EGO/MIND/SELF ESTEEM when you will grow matured. By doing so, you might get a feeling that you are saving 6 months.....but considering a life expectancy of 70+ years....6 months is too small a period to save.....Choice is yours.
