Hi All,
I booked a flat before July/2010 in a new project. I have paid a few installments before July/2010 and several regular installments after July/2010. The builder is asking for service tax on installments paid after July/2010.

Please can anyone advise whether:
a) Service Tax is applicable on all payments since July/2010
OR
b) Not applicable at all as I booked prior to July/2010.

ab icai ke dwara jo verification lists nikali ja rahi h, kya usme manully form bharne walo ka result list me show hoga ya nahi......

Friends, I cleared IPCC Exams in Nov,2011 and still i dint received my marks sheet from ICAI .can i send printout of exam result to icai with form 103?......???
is it ok if i send alongwith form 103 & dd of Rs. 2000, other documents:-
Attested copy of ITT certificate,Attested copy of Orientation certificate& Mark sheet of 10+2, CPT,Date of Birth Certificate (as per S.S.C.),Attested printout of IPCC ist group exam result(taken from caresults.nic.in),Attested copy of registration letter.

Hi all..i am in a terrible confusion for the past 2 months..i am currently working in a big 4..and i would be appearing for may 2012 ipcc exams..this would be my second attempt..am unable to decide whether i need to quit my job and stay home n study in order to clear my exams or to continue working at the risk of failing..work right now is very hectic..and i am unable to study more than 2 hours a day..and i might not be getting leave to write the exam either..according to me i should quit and focus onmy exams and clear it..but i am troubled by the fact that if i dont clear now and i dont have a job either.. i would end up ruining my career..please advice
