sir please tell me about the fee paid to registrar for filing annual return of agm of pvt ltd co.

Dear Sirs,
I had completed my first group in May 1995 under Para 2 A of Schedule 'B' of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988 and my Marks are Paper - 1 - Advance Accounting - 46 , Paper 2 - Auditing - 45 , Paper - 3 - Corporate & Other Laws 60 Z - Total 151 Pass.And my Pending Papers are in Group 2 are Paper 4 - Cost Accounting, Paper 5- Income Tax & Central Sales Tax, Paper 6- Organization & Management and Fundamentals of Electronic Data Processing . I had completed my Articled Service for 3 years and obtained certificate for the same. Unfortunately i had not able to continue my further studies But now i decide to joint the course again and want to study this course Kindly help me what are the procedure to take further to rejoin the course and whether i am eligible for the exemption for the group already cleared or i want to write both the group again and also explain me again i want to go article and also explain me regarding when i can write my exams.

I HAVE PASSED BOTH GROUPS OF IPCC IN NOV-2011.BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSING CERTIFICATE. ON DATE 8/6/2012 I HAVE RECEIVED LETTER FROM ICAI[NEW DELHI] SAYING THAT "YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SEND YOUR NAME,ROLLNUMBER, REG.NUMBER, LATEST PHOTOGRAPH WITH SPECIEMEN SIGNATURE DULY ATTESTED BY MEMBER OF INSTITUTE" I HAVE SENT THAT INFORMATION TO ICAI [NEW DELHI]O DATED 11/6/2012. BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PASSING CERTIFICATE.
PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT SHOULD I DO ?FURTHER. I AM LITTLE CONFUSED.

I have inquired from many book shops about Sanjay Bangar's final idt book but they are saying that Vandana Bangar's book is avialable and this book is also known as book of Sanjay Bangar. But front page of book not shows name of Sanjay Bangar.

Is Sanjay Bangar and Vandana Bangar are same.

Is Indirect Taxes manageable without tuitions by referring above books.

is training for students of cs is for 15 months, 18 months or 24 months????

Dear experts, I have completed my MBA and doing a job in a finance related profile. My age is 30 yrs. Now I am thinking of taking admission in CWA, if I take admission in ICWA at this age, I will take 4 to 5 yrs to complete it by then I will be 34 or 35 yrs old. Is it a good decision?..will it give a boost to my career at the age of 35??..Is there any advantage of completing CWA at the age of 35 in terms of career..

i want to get registered for icwa inter for december term exam but i missed last date for some reason.can i register for next year(2013) june term exam in july this year as i want to prepare for it one year before?That will be my first exam.
