AFTER GETTING COI, PUBLIC COMPANY HAS TO OBTAIN CERTIFICATE OF COMMENCEMENT TO START ITS BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.
WHETHER THERE IS ANY PROVISIONS THAT, 90% MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION OF PAID-UP CAPITAL SHOULD BE BROUGHT BY DIRECTORS BEFORE COMMENCEMENT?

ALSO WHETHER THERE IS ANY COMPULSION THAT MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION SHOULD BE BROUGHT IN CASH ONLY?

WHETHER IT CAN BE BROUGHT IN KIND SUCH AS PLANT, MACHINARY, LAND?

It is mentioned in all the CS study materials that the subject discussed in them are not complete and may contain some serious errors. So,I will be grateful if anyone can suggest the best books for CS Executive. The papers are namely..

The study materials (books) which I received from the CS institute after taking admission contained 6 CD's. But all off them are bent badly due to tight binding and are not readable by the CD drive.Will the institute change those CD's ? Thank you for your answer.

Hi, I am working as DVP in IndusInd Bank having around 12 years of experience in Banking. Am thinking of doing CA. As per the rules, i can go Uptil IPCC alongwith my job but post that i will have to leave job to go for articleship. Please suggest is there any other option through which i can complete CA without leaving the Job. If no, should i leave job to go for it. Thanks

i have one small business, my friend transferred his personal amount 15,00,000 to my bank account, i had to utilised that amount for my business promotion, after 2 months i paid this 15,00,000 to three parties (each 5,00,000) on behalf of my friend, so now i cleared my friend account

now how can i show these entries in my accounts

if above transaction repeated then is there any problem

I have completed my BSc and am currently associated with a Clinical Reasearch Organisation. I have recently enrolled myself for the CS course but am still confused if it will be any advantage for me. I already have 2 years of work experience. Kindly let me know if completing the course will have any benefit for me of not and what salary can i expect?
